The Supplier Code of Conduct provides detailed guidance on topics such as human rights, health and safety, environment, and alignment with the RBA Code of Conduct. Suppliers will be notified of any revisions to the Supplier Code of Conduct or supporting policies.
Greenguard Gold
Gives assurance that products designed for use in indoor spaces meet strict chemical emissions limits, which contribute to the creation of healthier interiors. Greenguard Gold goes beyond basic office furniture industry emission limits. This certification considers safety factors to account for sensitive individuals (such as children and the elderly), and ensures that a product is acceptable for use in environments such as schools and healthcare facilities. Emission limits meet and exceed CDPH Standard Method.

Trade Agreements Act
Many government agencies are required to purchase products that are TAA compliant. The Trade Agreements Act (TAA) requires that products are manufactured or "substantially transformed" in the United States or a TAA "designated country". The designated countries are composed of:
- World Trade Organization Government Procurement Agreement Countries
- Free Trade Agreement Countries
- Least Developed Countries
- Caribbean Basin Countries
